Making money borderless.

We are a payments app whose mission is to make money borderless by bringing the great features of digital currencies to the 99% of humans who don’t know or care what crypto is, but they want cross-border payments, low fees, speed, security, privacy and ease of use.

Kaala started as a project inside Mozilla Labs and has since then spun off into an independent company.

We have raised money from Flori Ventures and Valora, and participated in the Celo Camp accelerator. Our team is distributed around Europe, US, Africa and Asia (we are hiring in Latam :).
